The process
- You call us on 01483 280064 or fill in our booking form with your production information.
- We will send you a booking form to sign and return to us to confirm your booking.
- We will send you some video order forms so that you are well equipped to deal with any advance enquiries.
- We call you a couple of days before your show to confirm our planned arrival time and any last minute details.
- We arrive in advance of your show to set up the equipment, talk through any stage positions if possible and to film the show.
- We take orders direct from parents on the day of the production, over the phone, online or through the post.
- We edit your show to contain its title information, and produce DVD and VHS copies.
- We post copies direct to parents, usually within 7 days of your production.
- We send your school's complimentary copy upon our sales reaching 20 copies.
- We catalogue and store your master tape so that further copies can be ordered in the future.
